Description
Vinca minor, also known as periwinkle, is a low-growing evergreen ground cover with trailing stems and glossy leaves. It produces small, violet-blue flowers during spring and occasionally throughout summer, adding subtle colour to shaded garden areas.
This resilient plant thrives in a variety of soil types and tolerates shade well, making it ideal for underplanting and controlling weeds in difficult spots. It requires little maintenance once established.
